Cooking for my family, this in one of our absolute favorite dishes. The process included cooking the chicken and sauces, cutting tomatoes and gathering the plate with nachos, different cheeses and jalapeños. The recipe is simple and quick and I must admit, soooo good! I always enjoy improvising, and improving old recipes. This way I often create new recipes and develop my creative thinking.
